I complained about the lack of velcro and received this dishonest reply: This Star Trek Command Patch is a “Licensed Patch” so we don’t personally own the rights to manufacture this patch. We’re at the mercy of the License holder who sells this patch to us without Velcro and allows us to sell the patch to our customers. We do make sure that before you can put the patch in your “shopping cart” we let you know that this patch does “not come with Velcro” and you can’t put the patch in your shopping cart until you agree you want to patch “without Velcro.” One of the options, before you decline the Velcro, is to purchase the Velcro additional with the patch. This is literally what they told me and it is literally false. There is nothing in the catalog to warn of the no velcro and nothing pops up when you put it in the cart. I was too busy last year to take the time to verify this, but when I was lulled into visiting them again, I tried it. I hope that the patch has been upgraded to include Velcro, but there's nothing to indicate it in the catalog entry. Same patch appearance at the same price.
