Tournament Format
10 teams split into 2 pools of 5. Round-robin preliminary play, then top 4 from each pool advance to quarterfinals. Single elimination from quarterfinals onward.

Team USA won back-to-back golds in 2024 (Sweden) and 2025 (Canada), seeking their third straight title on home ice.
